Your IT provider hopes you never find this page.
Whether you call them your IT guy, your IT company, or your managed service provider — what you're paying them is almost impossible to check. Only 2% of IT providers publish prices, and advertised rates run about half of what real contracts show. This tool compares your actual bill against real contract data in about two minutes. No login. No sales call unless you ask.

Methodology & sources — read this part
Bands: 2026 contract benchmarks (SerenIT, actual MSP agreements, not rack rates): monitoring-only $35/$55/$80 · standard $85/$125/$165 · managed+security $130/$165/$210 · full+compliance $185/$240/$320 per user/month (25th percentile / median / 75th). Driver premiums per user/month as itemized in the same dataset.
Headcount adjustment: per-user rates compress as headcount grows (volume amortization): ×1.15 under 25 users, ×1.05 at 25–50, ×1.00 at 50–100, ×0.92 at 100–250, ×0.85 above 250.
The honest caveat: published/advertised rates (mspsignal, n=889 publishing firms) run a median of $75/user — roughly half of contracted medians. If your quote looks low, the first thing to check is scope, not price. A 2026 survey (Best IT MSP, n=412) puts the fully-managed average at $145/user with most plans $110–185. These are market observations, not a price list, and not a quote from Velocity. The only number we'll ever put in writing is one we can defend line by line.
